Tuberculosis test/screenings/x-rays must be obtained every two years.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/25/22 which consisted of an off-site recordkeeping review. The inspection was concluded on 2/1/22 with a virtual inspection of the family day home. The inspection reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical environment, staffing, programming, medication, special care, emergency services and nutrition.
There were no children present during the inspection. One child's file was reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards and laws. No violations were issued.
