Discussed the outdoor equipment and draining the water from the tables.

Comments:

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today with the provider on site. There were 11 children with the provider and two assistants. A sample of 2 children's files and 3 staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play and reading books. The site was clean, organized and contained developmentally appropriate materials. Interactions between the children and staff were positive. The physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no violations cited this date.
