Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interview and a virtual tour of the home. A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 2/14/2022. The provider was contacted by video call and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were three children present with one caregiver. Children were creating Valentine's day crafts that included a heart craft and a crown. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, and medication. Three children?s record, one caregiver and two household member records were reviewed. The provider completed 22 hours of training for the license year. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
