The LI discussed standard 22VAC40-111-(7)-450-A regarding doors with clear panels with the provider.

Comments:

An announced initial inspection was conducted with the provider on February 14, 2022 beginning at 9:30 AM and ending at 10:45 AM. There were no children in the care of the provider. There was one household child present for a total of 2 points. There were two household records reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. Not all of the areas of the standards were able to be reviewed.

Description:	Based on observation, the provider had potentially poisonous substances, materials and supplies in an area that was accessible to children. Evidence: There was cleaning supplies and hygiene products on a shelf in the downstairs bathroom that were accessible to children.
Plan of Correction:	The provider will remove them from the shelf and store them in the cabinet under the sink and secure it with a child proof lock.
