This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 2/25/2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 4 children present (9 points), ranging in ages from 15 months to 2 years, with the caregiver supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children's records and 1 caregiver record were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and one violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-60-B Description: Based on a review of children's records, it was determined that one record does not contain all required information.
Evidence:
Child record B does not include documentation showing that the parent completed an annual review of the contact information. This record was most recently reviewed by the parent on 1/6/2021.Plan of Correction: I will ask the parent to review the registration form.
