Comments:

This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time. An announced initial inspection was conducted at 9:15am. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There was 1 child present = 2 points with the provider. Ratios and supervision were in compliance at the time of inspection. The child was observed playing with toys and watching a child appropriate cartoon. The home was sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for children, and appeared clean and organized today. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
