An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 11:15 am through 12:30 pm. There were a total of 6 children (13 points) observed with one caregiver. A total of three children's files and two staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: learning about the days of the week, months, numbers, seasons, and numbers, toy play, Legos, diapering, hand washing, and other organized activities.
