Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/9/2022 with the provider and her assistant. Children in care ranged from three years to nine years of age. Children were observed completing emergency practice drills, being picked up by parents, and having free play. Three child records and three caregiver/household member records were reviewed and in compliance. Emergency response drills were reviewed and in compliance. Required information was posted. The provider is not Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified and cannot administer medications to children in care.
