Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).

A (monitoring/renewal/complaint) inspection was initiated on March 17, 2022 and concluded on March 18, 2022. The director/provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 11 children present, ranging in ages from birth to 12 years with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
