Standard #: 8VAC20-770-40-D-1-c Description: Based on review, 2 of 3 staff and household files indicated that it has been more than (5) five years since the dates of the most recent central registry finding (CPS check) on file at the Family Day Home.
Evidence -
1. On the date of inspection (03/16/2022), the CPS check on file for Staff #1 and Household Member #1 were both expired.
2. The date of the CPS check for Staff #1 was dated - 02/03/2017. The date of the CPS check for Household Member #1 was also dated - 02/03/2017.Plan of Correction: New requests will be sent in order to obtain updated findings. These requests will be sent within the next ten days for both individuals. Once these findings are received they will be shared with our Licensing Inspector.
