Comments:
This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 9:37am. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 11 children present = 36 points with the provider + 2 assistant caregivers. Ratios were in compliance at the time of inspection. Children were observed having indoor playtime and preparing for circle-time, while infants were napping. The home was well supplied with toys and equipment for children, and appeared clean and organized today.
Information gathered during the inspection determined there was an area of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@doe.virginia.gov
