A shsi inspection was conducted on 3/21/2022 at the same time as the initial inspection was conducted. The provider has been a subsidy vendor, that was locally approved, since 2018 with this department and is now becoming a licensed provider.
She has moved to a new location. The provider had 4 children in care at the time of the inspection. Lots of toys to play with and many different interest areas set up to explore.
