A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/24/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 12:30pm and ended at 1:50pm. There were 3 caregivers with 12 children in 3 rooms at the time of the visit. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There were no medications on site at this time; the provider is not trained to administer medication. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
