Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 1:22pm. The inspection included on-site observations, interview with provider, and a review of records. There were 3 children present = 9 points with the provider. Ratios and supervision were in compliance at the time of inspection. Children were observed to be napping. The daycare was well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Required documents were posted and recordkeeping was found to be in good order. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@doe.virginia.gov
