It was reviewed with the provider that when a household member turns 18 years of age, a fingerprint check must be obtained

Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/1/2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted.The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children's records and 2 caregiver/household records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
