Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted on 03/29/22 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:40 p.m. There were 6 children present for a total of 12 points ranging in ages from two to four, with one provider providing care. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and 2 staff and/or household records were reviewed. Children were observed napping on cots, washing hands, having a snack, and playing with puzzles.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Description: The provider did not have cleaning agents stored in areas inaccessible to children.
Evidence:
1. The inspector observed a bottle of cleaner under the bathroom sink and it was unlocked.
