An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider on February 9, 2022 beginning at 11:08 and ending at 1:30 PM. The monitoring inspection was focused on reviewing documentation. Two children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider's record, a household member's record, and two staff records were reviewed and in compliance.
