Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider and two assistance on March 22, 2022 beginning 11:00 AM and ending at 12:00 PM. There were 10 children, ages with 10 months, 19 months,2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 4, 5, in care with one household child, age 7, for a total of 23 points. The children were observed playing with toys and doing circle time. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Three household records were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent fire inspection was documented as February 17, 2022. The most recent shelter-in place drill was documented as October 8, 2021. The first aid kit, flashlight, battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance.
