Inspector had a conversation with the provider regarding mobiles over cribs and lack of appropriate diaper changing pad covers.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. There were 10 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 22 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with chalk, riding bikes, eating snacks and playing freely. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, and menu were observed during this inspection. Thank you for your cooperation.
