Comments:
A renewal inspection was initiated on 04/07/2022. The provider was present with 7 children (16pts). The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and some other required records were reviewed remotely. Children were observed arriving to the program, interacting with each other and engaging in circle time.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. For questions, please contact stephanie.salvatori@doe.virginia.gov.
