- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed by remote application on 3/24/2022. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. 8 children were reported in care the day of the inspection.
A sample of child information, staff/ household member information, emergency preparadmess planning, drills and supplies were reviewed. Medication administration policies and trainings were also reviewed.There were no violations observed during this inspection.
