An initial inspection was conducted on April 12th, 2022 from 10:00 am - 11:30 am. There were 2 children present with 1 caregiver present. The physical plant, the first aid kit, the emergency preparedness plan, cribs, bottles, children's records and caregiver records and household member records were reviewed. Standard #: 8VAC20-800-760-A Description: Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure that the first aid kit contains all required items. Plan of Correction: I will purchase two triangular bandages.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-50-A Description: Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure that the family day home shall keep a written record of children in attendance each day. Plan of Correction: I will keep a written record of daily attendance.
