An unannounced Health and Safety Inspection has been conducted in person today. There were 10 children present and 3 staff. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-430-A-3 Description: Based on interview and record review, it was determined the Vendor has not practiced a lockdown drill in the last year. Plan of Correction: I was not aware of the requirement but I will practice one this year.
