This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 03/03/22 and concluded on 03/30/22. Th provider was contacted by phone and virtual inspection was conducted. There were two children present, with one staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, care of children, and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and two staff records were reviewed.
The inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.036-A Description: Based on record review and interview, the provider failed to have repeat central registry checks completed as required.
Evidence:
1. Provider #1 and household #2 did not have repeat central registry checks completed every 5 years. 2. The provider stated she had sent off for them.Plan of Correction: The provider will check on the CRC's and send to the inspector when received.
