54.1 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.

Provider's current medication administration training is expired. No medications should be administered to children until the training has been successfully completed.
The provider must send documentation to the LI that the background checks have been requested no later than 10 days following this notification dated 4/7/2022. Once the background check is received by the center, the results must be forwarded to the licensing inspector. A renewal license will not be issued until all background check results are verified.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today at 10:50am. There were 11 enrolled children directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 5 staff and household member records, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and dancing. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
