A renewal inspection was conducted on-site on April 27, 2022. The provider was available during the inspection. There were 5 children present, ranging in ages from 2 years to 5 years, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 4 caregiver records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
