An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 5 children (17 points)/2 caregivers. The home, children's records, caregiver records, household member records, evacuation drills, first aid kits, bottles and food containers and cribs. The children were observed eating lunch, hand washing and playing with floor toys. Food is brought from home. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice. Evidence:

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-180-A Description: Based on a review of caregiver and household member records, the provider failed to obtain every two years from the date of the first screening by a physician or the local health department.
