An in-person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 7 children (21 points)with 2 caregivers. 3 household/caregiver record and 3 child records were reviewed. All were complete. Children were observed playing with a variety of activities, washing hands and preparing for nap time. First aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency evacuations drills, fridge and freezer temperatures and bathroom supplies are all in compliance. The inspection will be typed off site and emailed to the provider for signatures. LI was present today from 11:40 AM- 12 35PM.
