An announced initial inspection was conducted on April 28 2022 between 10:00am and 11:00am. There were no children observed in care. The physical space of the home was walked through and inspected. The provider records and the household member records were reviewed. All pet areas and vaccinations were reviewed.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-240-A Description: Based on observation, the areas around the were not in a safe condition.
Evidence:
a) There were 2 visible pieces of rebar (metal bars) sticking up from the ground in the backyard area.
b) The air conditioning unit was accessible to children.Plan of Correction: I will remove the rebar and get a barrier for the unit.
