An in-person monitoring inspection was conducted on April 27, 2022. There were 2 children present with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2child records and 1 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-60-A Description: Based on record review, the provider did not maintain an up to date record for each enrolled child.
Evidence: Child 1 did not have a complete record and was information including but not limited to guardian work information, two emergency contacts, doctor name and phone number.Plan of Correction: I will make sure to get the information in the file.
