Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/17/2022. The provider and one assistant caregiver were caring for 6 children, totaling 16 points. The children were observed playing with tabletop toys, playing with playdoh, and preparing for lunch. The children were served pasta with turkey spaghetti sauce, oranges, and milk for lunch today.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of emergency preparedness, nutrition, administrative records, the indoor and outdoor physical plant, background checks, health records, and children's records.
