A total of 5 children?s records, 2 caregiver records, 1 pet record and 1 medication were reviewed. The children were observed during learning time, in free choice activities and preparing for breakfast. The inspector discussed outside maintenance, medication, children?s allergies and substitute provider requirements with the provider. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:40 am and departed at 10:20 am.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.
