Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Three children were present for eleven points with two caregivers which is within ratios for supervision. Observed 2 sleeping and one outside playing on the patio. No medication was reported to be on-site. Reviewed two children's records, 2 caregiver records, emergency preparation and physical space. Food is provided from home. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
