A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 18, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on site visit was from 10:10 a.m. through 12:15 p.m. On this date, there were twelve children (thirty-eight points), ages four months through two, in the care of three caregivers. The records of three caregivers, one household member, four pets, and five children?s records were reviewed. No medication is being administered at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
