Standard #: 8VAC20-790-250-D-1 Description: Based on review of three caregivers' records and interview, the vendor did not ensure all caregivers had current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care.
Evidence:
1. The record for Caregiver #3 (hire date 10/18/2021) did not contain documentation for current CPR certification.
2. Caregiver #1 stated during the inspection that Caregiver #3 does not have current CPR certification.Plan of Correction: I will reach out to ChildSavers and find out when the next training is being offered and ensure Caregiver #3 attends the training.
