An in person renewal study was conducted today. There were 2 children present (3 points) with 1 caregiver. 2 child, 2 dog's, 2 caregiver and one household member records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances. The Virginia Safety Inspection for the van expired yesterday. The first aid supplies, menu, emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, bathroom supplies and the fridge/freezer temperature are all in compliance. LI was present today from 1:45 pm-3:00pm. 1. Meets the safety standards set by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles.

The inspection sticker on the vehicle is dated 5/22 (expired).Plan of Correction: I will get the van inspected by this weekend.
