An in-person monitoring inspection was conducted on May 26, 2022 from 10:10am to 11:00am. There were 8 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-260-A-4 Description: Based on observation, the bathroom for children was not equipped with disposable towels.
Evidence: The bathroom did not have disposable towels in place.
Plan of Correction: The paper towels were placed in the bathroom at the time of inspection.
