A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 5/26/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. the inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 11:23 am. There were eight children in care for a total of 10 points with one caregiver. The children were observed playing with toys and watching television. Four staff/household members records and five children's records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
