An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on June 16, 2022 from 10:12 A.M.-11:12 A.M. At the time of the inspection there were five children, and one caregiver present. There was a total of eleven points. The records for one child, one provider, emergency plan, first aid kit and emergency supplies, chimney inspection, and required posted information were reviewed. The children were observed during quiet time, transition time to lunch, handwashing, and free choice activities. There were no violations noted at the inspection.
