Comments:

An unannounced mandated inspection was completed on June 21, 2022, between the hours of 10:13 A.M.-12:27 P.M. Ten children were present for a total of twenty-three points with two caregivers present. Two caregiver records, one household member record, three children records, evacuation drills, first aid kit, emergency supplies, emergency plan, warm water temperature, refrigerator and freezer temperatures, and required posted information were reviewed. Children were observed during diaper change, hand washing, transitions, reading time, manipulatives, singing, playing games, and preparation for lunch time. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
