Technical Assistance:
The LI and provider discussed emergency escape drills. Reminder that emergency evacuation drills need to be conducted monthly. Shelter-in-place drills need to be conducted twice a year.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider beginning at 10:28 AM and ending at 11:45 AM. There were 8 children, ages 19 months, 23 months, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3, and 4 years old, with 2 residential children in the care of the provider and 1 assistant for a total of 18 points. The children were observed playing with age appropriate toys. Five children records were reviewed and in compliance. Two staff record was reviewed and in compliance. Four household records were reviewed and in compliance. One pet record was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency evacuation practice drill was documented as April 4, 2022. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as May 2, 2022. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance.
