Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on June 23, 2022 from 10:40 am through 11:45 am. Upon arrival, there was 1 child, age 3, in the care of the provider. Three children records were reviewed. The record for the provider and one household member was reviewed and updated. No medication is being given at this time. This family day home is well equipped with a variety of age/stage materials for the children in care.
