Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/28/22 from 1:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. There was one child in care who was 22 months old, for a total of 3 points. The child in attendance was observed napping. Two child records, one provider record, and one household member record were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. There were no medications onsite at the time of the inspection. The evacuation drills, postings, and general safety in the home were observed. The attendance was accurate, and the menu was also reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
