Technical Assistance:

Licensing inspector discussed reading the regulations, using the DOE templates, and submission of application with the provider.

Comments:

A renewal inspection was conducted on 07/06/2022 from approximately 12:20pm-1:40pm. There were 3 children present, ranging in ages from 1 year old to 4 years old, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 1 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
