Comments:

The provider and the assistant are present with 4 children during this renewal inspection. A total of 10 points. Observed the children eating lunch. They space is set up with many areas to explore and lots of interaction was observed between provider and children. Today's lunch was observed the assistant had made a stew with rice, veggies and chicken, the children also had peaches and apples. Description:	Based on review of records the provider failed to keep an up to date attendance record of children in care. Evidence: The provider did not have attendance records for the last three weeks.
Plan of Correction:	We will make sure we take attendance every day

Description:	Based on the review of the providers CPR certificate, the provider failed to update the CPR certification. Evidence: The provider and assistants CPR certification expired on 7/1/22
Plan of Correction:	Our instructor call and said she would come to our house and teach us later this month. I will contact her.

Description:	Based on the review of the providers First Aid certificate, the provider failed to update the First Aid certification. Evidence: The provider and assistants First Aid certification expired on 7/1/22
