An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 12, 2022 to determine compliance with licensing standards. The inspector arrived at 10:25 AM and concluded the inspection at 11:51 AM. Today, there were eleven children, totaling thirty two points, present with 2 caregivers. During the inspection, the children were observed playing with appropriate materials, and eating breakfast. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal, pears, and milk. Children?s equipment, indoor space, outdoor play area, kitchen, and diapering area were inspected. Five children's records, one provider record, one assistant record, and one household member?s record, were reviewed. Daily attendance records, and all required postings were reviewed. The provider was available for the inspection and was present at the exit interview at which time inspection findings were reviewed and an Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left with the licensee. Violations were cited and are documented on the violation notice.
