Standard #: 8VAC20-800-590-B Description: Based on observation, an infant who falls asleep in a play space other than his own crib was not moved promptly to his designated sleeping space.
Evidence:
1. Child #1 fell asleep in a swing at 10:50am. Child #1 was not removed from the swing until 11:10am.Plan of Correction: Moving forward, when infants fall asleep in anything other than their cribs, they will be moved to their cribs promptly.
