A Subsidy Health and Safety renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of approximately 9:50 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. There were 4 children present, between the ages of 1 year and 4 years, with the Provider for a total of 10 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed engaging in free play and playing with puzzles, magnets, dolls. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
