A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on July 28, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 9:45AM and ended at 12:20PM. There was 1 caregiver with 4 children in the room at the time of the visit, including one of the provider?s own children. At the start of the inspection, children were observed playing with blocks, legos, and other organized activities. Provider and children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, and fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
