An in-person an announced initial inspection was conducted on August 1, 2022 from 11:00am to 12:00pm. There were 1 child present with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 staff record and 1 household member record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
